Nagreeka Foils Limited was incorporated in 1989 with registered office in Kolkata, West Bengal. Nagreeka Foils Limited is a part of Nagreeka group founded by Mr I. L. Patwari in 1953. The Company has three directors namely Mr. Pratyush Sunil Patwari, Mr. Rahul Patwari and Mr. Aditya Mahendra Patwari. The company is a multi product wholesale trader. The company is into trading of products like Yarn, Iron Ingots, Mild Steel Billets, Ferro Silico Manganese, Rice, Cloth, Aluminium Foil Rolls & Containers, Crockery, Cutlery, etc. The company also has wind power generation stations of 1.20 MW and 1.25 MW in Ahmednagar District and in Dhule District, Maharashtra, from which the company receives income from electricity generation. The company is export oriented and nearly 90% of its sales are exported to countries like South Korea, Madagascar, Bangladesh, Nepal, etc. The company procures the products for export from manufacturing companies and wholesale dealers across India.
Company's performance in FY 2019-2020 when compared to FY 2018-2019 saw a decline in turnover which was due to the weak commodity market worldwide. The weakness in the markets were due to the tensions between America & China trade war coupled with great political unstability. This created a sense of fear and volatility in the worldwide economic and financial sector causing great levels of uncertainty and affecting businesses worldwide.
However in the current FY 2020 -2021 the company has already achieved a turnover of Rs. 5.80 Crore and the company is expected to achieve a turnover of Rs. 11.00 Crore by the end of the FY.

Nagreeka Indcon Products Pvt Ltd., is the largest Indian manufacturer of plastic clad aluminium and steel tapes and cable-jointing kits for the cable industry. It is also a leading global manufacturer of aluminium foil rolls and containers for household and catering use. The company is an ISO 9001:2008 certified and Government of India recognized 2-star export house. It was also the winner of the Start Performer of the Year 2007-and 2008-09 awards from EEPC India for exports in aluminium articles.
The Group was founded by Mr. I.L Patwari and his family in the year 1953. It started with modest trading operations but has now come to be one of the largest and most reputed participants in each of its industries.
